Hello! After 20 years as a people leader in the corporate world, I created the coaching brand Real Girl Athletics, founded my coaching business Find Me Running and now co-host the Just Before We Go podcast. My mission is to help women runners and athletes thrive at midlife and beyond. As a coach, motivation is a must. Life has afforded me momentous experiences through world travel, athletics, acting, working in philanthropy and consistent magical animal encounters. But it didn’t all come easy. I uniquely combine life lessons and coaching with vulnerability, encouragement & plenty of humor.
