Hi friends! I’m Coach Hilary and I found myself running at 12 years old…and then again, and in a different way, at midlife.  I’ve been a runner and competitor at different stages of life and I still run for joy…for the moving meditation…for the challenge…because I still can. Whether you are a new or seasoned runner, general fitness enthusiast or someone seeking to make fitness a vital part of your perimenopause/menopause journey, you belong here! I love the coaching partnership and I can’t wait to meet you.

Running is my happy place and my goal is to run joyfully and injury free…forever! I am a UESCA certified run coach with over 35 years of experience competing across different distances from the mile to the marathon and triathlon (Both Olympic and Half-ironman distances). I can help you build race-specific fitness and I specialize in beginner (yes! Even if you’ve never set foot on a track!), master’s, intermediate runners and plant-based athletes.
