This athlete does not necessarily need menopause-specific support and is committed to building their running journey. Perfect for runners who have specific performance goals in mind (whether for an event or for themselves!) and want to maintain a periodized plan that prioritizes event-specific builds, increases skill progressions, improves running economy and mechanics.
