Perfect for runners at all skill levels and designed for those who desire midlife body-specific progressions and recovery routines, want a periodized plan that prioritizes event-specific builds, increased skill progressions, have event-specific goals in mind, want regular accountability and feedback.

    • Goal-setting and intake call (up to 60 minutes, 1st month only)

    • Up to two 1:1 calls per month to discuss what’s working and what’s not (15 minutes each, athlete can book through calendly)

    • Perimenopause/menopause living roadmap for holistic fitness that aligns with your values (includes sleep, stress, nutrition, cardio, strength, mobility)

    • Individualized running plan tailored to exactly what the athlete needs to meet their goals

    • Individualized progressions for midlife strength training + strength plan

    • Individualized progressions for midlife cardio + cardio plan
