This is for the runner who wants an individualized plan but does not desire regular 1:1 coaching. Perfect for runners who have solid base training and are ready for specificity tailored to a particular distance, race or training application.

A welcome email with a link to schedule your consultation call with Hilary will be provided after your payment is processed. Please schedule the call at least 7 days out to ensure that intake forms are completed. Intake forms will be emailed to you after payment.

    • Individualized running plan tailored to exactly what the athlete needs to meet their goals

    • Initial call and intake form to go over history, goals, schedule, and questions (up to 30 min)

    • A tailored 12-week program with no additional adjustments

    • Individualized strength training program to support running goals for 12 weeks

    • Cross-training elements if the athlete desires

    • Guidance on how to adjust training plan due to unforeseen circumstances

    • Quarterly newsletter

    • One email each month after the plan is formed for additional questions (3 total)
